1. Information We Collect

Account Information

  • Email address and user profile (via Clerk authentication)
  • Apple Sign-In identifiers (if used)

Reminder Data

  • Reminder titles, descriptions, due dates, and categories
  • Completion status and snooze history
  • Recurring reminder schedules

Device Information

  • Device model and operating system version
  • Push notification tokens
  • App version

Voice Data

  • Voice recordings sent to Google Gemini for command processing
  • Transcribed text from voice commands
  • Voice data is processed in real time and is not stored permanently

Subscription Data

  • Purchase history and subscription status (via RevenueCat)
  • Trial period information

Usage Data

  • Feature usage patterns (aggregated)
  • Error logs and crash reports

You have additional rights including data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing is contract performance (providing the service) and legitimate interest (improving the App).

For California Residents (CCPA)

You have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

7. Children’s Privacy

Oakminder is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to this transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
