Your reminders sync across all your devices in real time. Create one on your phone and it shows up everywhere else instantly. Dismiss one and it disappears on every device. You never have to think about which device has the latest version of anything.

No ecosystem lock-in

Oakminder works on iOS today, and there’s no limit on how many devices you can use. Multiple iPhones, your work phone, a spare iPad you keep on the nightstand? All of them stay in sync. Your reminders follow your account, not your hardware. There’s nothing to export, nothing to migrate, and no data left behind on an old device.
Use as many iOS devices as you want. Your reminders go where you go.
i designed sync around your account, not a single platform. Apple Watch, iPad, macOS, and Android support are on the roadmap. Same account, same real-time sync, more places to access your reminders.

How sync works

Changes sync in real time, usually in under a second. Every screen shows live data. When something changes on one device, every other device picks it up right away. No pulling to refresh, no waiting, no manual steps.
Sync is fully automatic. One action on any device and everything is up to date everywhere.
Sync is powered by Convex’s real-time database. Changes propagate in under a second. Not minutes, not “next time you open the app.” Real-time.

What syncs

Everything. Not just your reminder titles and times, but the full picture:
DataSyncs?

Notification dismissalsYes
Snooze preset preferencesYes
Native alarm stateYes
Live Activity timersYes

You don’t need to micromanage anything across devices. Complete a reminder on your phone during lunch and your other iPhone already knows about it by the time you get home. Native alarms set through AlarmKit and Live Activity countdowns on your Dynamic Island sync right alongside everything else. Your subscription status carries across all your devices automatically.

Cross-device notification dismissal

When you interact with a reminder notification on one device, whether you tap it, snooze it, or mark it complete, the notification clears itself on all your other devices automatically.
A quiet background signal goes out to your other devices to clear the notification. Your devices need an active internet connection for this to work.

Requirements

All devices must be signed into the same Oakminder account (via email, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In) for sync to work. Reminders are tied to your account, not your device.
Sign into the same account on each device and you’re set. No setup, no pairing, no configuration. It just works.
